Worksheets:
Three common questions many new (or
even long time) GIS users often have are:
-
How can I take a map image (scanned or from
the web or elsewhere) that is not geo-referenced and make
it line up correctly with other maps in my GIS?
-
I have GIS layer that I need to
make changes to on the map. How do I do this?
-
I want create my own layer of features by
drawing them into the map. How does this work?

This is a project that a student in an introductory

you can download and view in ArcReader. You can zoom, pan, and
access multi-media content (photos and audio) about animals
in Australia. Access it
