• GIS Training Source uses secure online transactions for your safety.
• Please register at least 30 days prior to the start of the course.
• Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Submitting an online registration request does not guarantee a seat in a class.

• The tuition amount includes a $100 nonrefundable data processing fee per class.
• The tuition less the data processing fee will be refunded if GIS Training Source receives notice of cancellation at least 14 business days prior to the class start date.
• In the event of a registration cancellation 14 days or less before the class start date, the registrant will receive a refund of 1/2 the tuition.

• If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, a substitution may be made for that course date at no additional charge, i.e., another participant may attend on the registrant's behalf.

• Training classes will be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to course start date. Participants will be contacted via email or phone.
• We reserve the right to cancel a course up to 10 days in advance based on enrollment. For this reason we do not recommend purchasing non-refundable flights. GIS Training Source assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable travel arrangement losses resulting from course scheduling changes or cancellations.

  
  Late registrations (within 30 days of course start date) can sometimes be accepted and are generally processed by phone. Please contact us at 719.659.6059 if you are enrolling within 30 days of a course start date.
